Moment
My favorite memory from Anderson so far has been attending AfroTech with 9 of my peers. As President of AnderTech, I committed to increasing more resources towards Diversity initiatives within the club and added a VP of Diversity to the board. This year, we were able to secure funding to sponsor 10 students to attend the conference, covering ticket and travel costs. It's something I'm extremely proud of and hope it will continue in future years.

"I chose Anderson primarily because of my career goals in tech. The school has large presence in the tech community, is close to Silicon Valley and Silicon Beach and attracts top tech companies to recruit on campus. Additionally, the school offers a number of courses focused on preparing students for careers in tech, lead by renowned leaders from the industry."
